Preparation of Proposals and Management of European Education Projects under Erasmus+

This training course introduces to prospective European Project Coordinators the step by step key issues in order to begin with an idea and end up with a full proposal for a European (Erasmus +) project including elements of project management. Specific actions supported but no limited to: KA1 and KA2 projects, and Sports under Erasmus+. Participants will be able to review and discuss actual approved proposals and reports of completed projects.
 
Objectives

Preilimary Programme
Day 1 - Arrivals and welcome
Day 2 - Introduction to the course, culture market place set-up, background, EU Priorities, Charter of Deadlines / internet data info management, review of previously approved project of different types, cultural event.
Day 3 - Brainstorming of ideas for new projects, linking with priorities and objectives of call of proposals, selection of action, typology, template of the description of the project proposal, problem to be solved, main activities, main outcomes, priorities satisfied or EU decisions supported, partner search, discuss possible school/institution or other partnerships between the trainees, letter of intent and mandate letters, partner profiles, partner tables, application and other forms, eligible activities, practical work, cultural event.
Day 4 - Preparation of the proposal description, work plan and outcomes, work packages, evaluation and quality assurance, dissemination and exploitation, sustainability, budget, risks, progress indicators, communication, practical work, cultural event.
Day 5 - Project Management, Budget Analysis and Management, Preparation of the proposal online form, practical work, cultural event
Day 6 - Finalizing course assignment, presentations, certificate award, cultural event
Day 7 - Departures
